Who processes your data
The controller is MS Cleaning Services s.r.o., company ID 52623009, registered office Michalská 3, 811 03 Bratislava (“we”), which operates the Verando service at verando.eu. Contact: verando@verando.eu.
What data and why
- Enquiry from the form or from a preview (“I am interested”): name, business name, email, phone and message. We use it to reply and prepare an offer. Basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Kept for up to 24 months after the last contact.
- Business outreach from public sources: business name and the company email, phone and website you published. We use them for a one-time approach with a preview. Basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The source is your public website. If you object, we add you to a do-not-contact list so we do not write again.
- Account in the app: name, email, phone, business details and the content of offers and documents. Basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Kept while the service runs and afterwards as required by law (accounting records 10 years).
- Technical data: when you visit the website, your IP address and browser data are briefly recorded in hosting logs for security and operation. Basis: legitimate interest. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. The browser stores only your language and login.
Your clients’ data in the app
If you process personal data of your own clients in the app (for example a customer’s name and email in an offer), you are the controller and we are the processor. We process it only on your instructions and to provide the service.
Who receives data
Trusted suppliers that help us run the service: database and sign-in (Supabase, EU region), website hosting (Cloudflare), email (Websupport), the translation provider if you use translation, and a payment provider for online payments. We use an accountant. We do not sell data. If data is transferred outside the EEA, it is done under an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and the right to object at any time to processing for direct marketing. Just write to verando@verando.eu. If you believe we process data incorrectly, you can complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk) or the authority in your country.
Security and changes
We protect data with encrypted transfer, access control and backups. We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page. Effective 11. 10. 2026.
