Terms of service

Straightforward and with no small print: what you get, how much it costs, how to cancel, and what happens to your data and your guests’ data.

MS Cleaning Services s.r.o. · 18. 10. 2026

1. Who provides the service?

The Verando service (the application at verando.eu for enquiries, quotes, contracts and advance invoices for accommodation and event venues) is provided by MS Cleaning Services s.r.o., Company Registration Number 52623009, registered office at Michalská 3, 811 03 Bratislava, Slovakia (hereinafter “Verando” or “we”). Contact: verando@verando.eu.

We offer this service only to businesses and organisations (hotels, guesthouses, wedding and event venues), not to consumers. The customer is the business for which the account has been created (hereinafter ‘you’).

2. How a contract is formed

The contract comes into effect when you create an account with Verando. By paying the subscription fee or using the service after the trial period has ended, you agree to these terms and conditions as they stand on the date of payment.

3. Probationary period

For the first two months (60 days from when you create your account), you can use Verando for free and with full access. The trial period does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. If you do not continue, you will not be charged.

4. Price and payment

5. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time in the app (Subscriptions → Manage subscriptions). The service will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account will be suspended. We do not issue refunds for any part of a subscription period that has already begun.

6. Outstanding payment and account suspension

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it several times and we’ll notify you in the app. If your subscription expires or remains unpaid, your account will be suspended: you won’t be able to access the app until you’ve paid for your subscription. Your data remains stored and will be available again immediately once payment has been made. Any quotes you have already sent to clients will remain available to them.

7. Your data

8. Your obligations

9. Availability and accountability

We operate the service on a reliable infrastructure within the EU and strive to ensure uninterrupted availability, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be free of downtime. Where possible, we carry out scheduled maintenance outside working hours.

We are not liable for loss of profit or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us over the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

10. Changes to the terms and conditions

We may amend the terms and conditions, for example, in the event of a new feature or a change in the law. We will notify you of any significant changes by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription.

11. Governing law

This contract is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. We shall endeavour to resolve any disputes by mutual agreement; failing that, they shall be settled by the competent court in the Slovak Republic.

Personal Data Processing Agreement

This section constitutes a contract under Article 28 of the GDPR between you, as the data controller, and Verando, as the data processor. It comes into effect at the same time as the service agreement and remains in force for the same duration.
